Design is about choices. From concept to completion, each home is designed, in house, for your individual needs, tastes, lifestyle, and budget. Our company is highly computerized, which allows us to bring efficiency and precision to our work. In addition to supervising the company's activities, Larry Folk designs all of the homes that we build using the latest CADD technology. This practice creates a familiarity with the home that can't be gained in any other way. All of our internal management functions are computerized including accounting, estimating, and scheduling. Each home is fully engineered and sealed by a registered architect.
